Martynas Mažvydas Skulpture Garden in Klaipėda In 1976 a sculpture garden was started in S. Daukantas street. Later on it was named
after M. Mažvydas. It covers about 10 hectares and has constantly been enriched by new
pieces of sculptures. The inhabitants of Klaipėda are very proud of it. Here are several

Mažvydas peak is situated in the mountains of Kirghizia, Tien Shan, in the south of Issyk Kul Mountain lake, in the range of Terskej Alatau. The height is 4560 m above the sea level. Lithuanian mountaineers were the first to get there in 1979. Lithuanian Soviet Encyclopedia.- Vilnius: Mokslas, 1981
